Our client is a reputable Investment Fund with investments Globally. They are currently looking for a Software investments Analyst/Associate who would assist with end to end investment execution across their global mandate.

Responsibilities:

Execution of Private Equity investments
Develop stringent investment hypotheses
Financial modelling and market analysis
Review of commercial due diligence
Build investment cases and support the preparation of Investment Committee recommendations

Requirements:

Experience in the Investment banking/private equity environment in London or internationally
Graduate from a major business school or engineering school, you are fluent in English
Equipped with good interpersonal skills and good communication, you have demonstrated your analytical and editorial skills, and know how to combine synthesis, rigor, and method
You want to invest in missions with high added value, to participate in missions requiring a very high level of requirement and quality, and to work within a motivated and multicultural team
