Our client, a global investment bank focusing on TMT, is currently looking for a TMT M&A Analyst to join their team in London.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Prepare presentations, pitch books, info memo and other documents
- Perform industry | company analysis and research
- Perform valuation of companies
- Financial modelling
- Work as part of a team on analysing M&A transactions
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of non-internship M&A experience
- Some TMT experience is highly beneficial
- Investment Banks, Boutiques or M&A groups from Big 4
- Graduate of one of the top universities (MGIMO, MGU, University of Oxford or University of Cambridge, LSE or UCL ) is an advantage
- Robust financial and analytical skill set.
- High level of financial modelling (DCF, LBO) and presentation skills
- Eager to work hard (including weekends and holidays)
- Mature, ready to solve non-standard tasks
- Highly motivated, reliable, self-starter with entrepreneurial mind-set
