Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- The maintenance and retention of existing client relationships
- Administration of advice relating to existing products & services
- Provides coaching and guidance to other RM’s and creates opportunities to develop their knowledge and experience level
- Winning new business & expanding the portfolio of HNW & UHWN clients
- Execution of Client orders
- Work closely with other Bank Departments
- Operating in a tough KYC processing environment
- Ensures clients are aware of their level of risk
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relationship management experience in the banking sector
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
- Ability to demonstrate an exceptional track-record in client acquisition and relationship management
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis
