Responsibilities:

The maintenance and retention of existing client relationships
Administration of advice relating to existing products & services
Provides coaching and guidance to other RM’s and creates opportunities to develop their knowledge and experience level
Winning new business & expanding the portfolio of HNW & UHWN clients
Execution of Client orders
Work closely with other Bank Departments
Operating in a tough KYC processing environment
Ensures clients are aware of their level of risk

Requirements:

At least 5 years of relationship management experience in the banking sector
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
Ability to demonstrate an exceptional track-record in client acquisition and relationship management
Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
Strong customer service focus
Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis
