Detailed experience working on Strategic Initiatives
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively influence outcomes and resolve conflict
Proven written and verbal communication capabilities; comfort at operating at all levels of the organization
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently
Ability to effectively collaborate with other functional areas to achieve overall organizational objectives
Advanced analytical problem solving skills
Strong conceptual thinking ability
Attention to detail and perseverance to completion
Strong organization/time management skills
Strong relationship building between internal customers, vendors and employees
Ability to deal constructively with change
Advanced level Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel skills
