Our client is an international consulting firm looking to hire a Financial Due Diligence Senior Consultant focusing on Private Equity and Corporate clients for their Transaction Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
Take part in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory projects, providing financial and commercial due diligence assistance, and accounting advisory services including IPO assistance, carve-outs, restructuring and similar services to mid-market and blue-chip companies, private equity investors, and asset based lenders;
Cooperate with the Senior Management of clients and target companies;
Analysis and synthesis of target company data for identification of historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company;
Creating and designing transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management’s budget, indebtedness considerations, borrowing base calculations, and/or business combinations and carve-out financial statements.
Requirements:
At least three years of experience in one of the leading Corporate Finance Advisories or the Big4 with focus on accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transaction experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management ;
Strong current knowledge in Accounting Principles, International Financial Reporting Standards , Mergers and Acquisitions, or transaction advisory;
