Our Client assists both on pre-acquisitions/carve-out activities (Corporate Strategy) and post-acquisitions/carve out activities (PMI, carve out, transformation projects, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Commercial Due Diligence
- Entry strategies
- Turnaround projects
- Strategic plans
- Major integration, Carve out and Merger projects
Requirements:
- Graduate from a major business school or engineering school, you are fluent in English and German (significant experiences abroad or native) and, ideally, you are operational in a second foreign language.
- Equipped with good interpersonal skills and good communication, you have demonstrated your analytical and editorial skills, and know how to combine synthesis, rigor, and method.
- You want to invest in missions with high added value, to participate in missions requiring a very high level of requirement and quality, and to work within a motivated and multicultural team.
