Our client, a well-established and international M&A boutique, offering mergers and acquisitions, special situations and restructuring, financing advisory, and joint venture advisory services, is looking for a M&A associate to join the team in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

Support and execution of M&A projects (buy-side and sell-side) in various industrial sectors
Monitor projects throughout the transaction process including analysis of industries and business models, relevant competitors and potential investors or targets
Create information memoranda as well as company valuations
Negotiation support and due diligence support.

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree in the field of economics / business law
You have at least 2 years professional experience / various internships in the field of M & A / Investment Banking / consulting or in the strategic / commercial area
You can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and pursue a high degree of orientation towards quality and success
Excellent communication skills - fluent German & English
Professional handling of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
