Our client, one of the largest health insurers in Switzerland is looking for experienced Real Estate Specialist to join their team in Zurich. Lookin for someone who can manage and increase group's real estate portfolio, participate in updating and implementing group's real estate strategy. Control construction sites up to the finished building including valuation and mediation by ensuring monitoring and coordination in cooperation with the partner companies.

- Report creation for management and external auditors;
- Participation in updating and implementing group's real estate strategy, mostly for German speaking Swiss market;
- Searching and identifying opportunities for real estate acquisitions and completion of transactions;
- Managing and increasing group's real estate portfolio in coordination with real estate administrations;
- Budget and work approval and control;
Requirements:
- Has higher education recognized in the real estate sector or completed apprenticeship as an architect ETH/FH, or you are an engineer;
- Has extensive professional network, specifically in German speaking part of Switzerland;
- Has experience in implementating numerous real estate project in Switzerland;
- Has excellent Swiss German and French language knowledge, as well as English;
- Has solid experience in are of real estate acquisition and sale, construction management, development of real estate projects;
- Has very high quality standards and level of commitment;
