As Head of Risk Management, you will report to the CEO and you will be responsible for managing all risk aspects of the successful online landing platform.

Responsibilities:

As Head of Risk you are responsible for the areas of strategic Risk Management, including Operational Risk Assessment and Risk Assessment Credit check process (underwriting).
You create and develop risk models with your team under consideration the internal and external specifications and regulations. (Knowledge of the KWG and the MaRisk advantageous)
Your role is part of the management with which you discuss initiatives, advice and recommendations for decision-making for the portfolio derived.
You manage risk reporting to our institutional investors and are responsible for portfolio monitoring.

Requirements:

You have many years of professional experience in risk management, Portfolio management and credit decision
On the one hand you understand your role as a sparring partner towards the
Management and on the other hand to the needs of your company
Team members enter
Experience in statistical risk modelling is a plus
You have fluent German and English skills
They have experience with midsize customers and understanding of the entrepreneurial challenges in financing.
