Our client is an independent investment company with institutional asset management background. Currently, they seek to add Investment Relationship Manager to be based in Frankfurt.
Responsibilities:
Execute a disciplined approach to all business development strategies and goals to achieve business growth, while focusing on the client experience
Manage a book of high net worth, active self-directed clients and serve as primary point of contact for all of client's needs
Deliver on performance goals, such as driving asset growth and expanding the breadth and depth of client relationships through product penetration
Priories and manage book of clients, constantly searching for opportunities to enhance client delight and advance our standing as the client's sole financial institution
Anticipate client dissatisfaction or relationship-risk and immediately work with manager and partners to resolve issues
Deliver efficient and responsive resolution for various client situations, owning the management of the case, researching the issue and communicating the solution to the client when appropriate
Exhibit critical thinking / problem solving skills to immediately address escalated client issues notice to deliver a best in class customer experience
Requirements:
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in investment required
Sound decision making skills with ability to manage risk and overall client experience
Strong Sales Skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
