Our client is looking for an Asset/Property Manager to support the growing UK and Pan European Portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Proposing the new business plan (including Excel model, budget and Cash Flows forecasts) for each individual asset and agreeing this with senior management.
Liaising and instructing external consultants on all aspects of the real estate/property portfolio in both the UK and Europe.
Liaising with the tenant and pursuing opportunities to enhance returns through active asset management.
Regular property inspections.
Regular marketing and property management meetings with external advisers and 3rd party service providers.
Managing capital projects to ensure they remain within budget.
Ability to do initial assessment on property opportunities and preparation of Investment documents to support decision.

Requirements:

At least 10yrs post qualified experience (preferably MRICS) with a proven track record in asset/portfolio management.
Strong experience in the Netherlands and/or in Germany
A proven transactional, driven approach with possibly a background as an investment principal.
Experience across asset classes with a focus on commercial within a real estate fund, asset manager or consultancy.
Strong communication skills (fluent in English & in German and/or in Dutch).
Enthusiastic with drive to find value adding opportunities.
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent client facing / reporting skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
