International Retail Manager

Our client is a well-known luxury brand Currently, they seek to add an experienced International Retail Manager to their team.

The role:

  • Manage regional operations;
  • Ensure that the standards for quality, customer service are met;
  • Manage retail store staff and recruit new staff members;
  • Determine marketing strategy changes;
  • Act as an ambassador for promoting the brand;
  • Maintain customer relationships by ensuring high level of customer support;
  • To handle customer complaints;
  • Acquire new customers;
  • To analyze sales figures, forecast future sales and ensure efficiency;
  • Follow and implement the market trends of the retail industry;
  • Enhance the organization reputation based on company standards.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience within a relevant position;
  • Strong interest of the fashion industry;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Flexibility to travel and work extra hours;
  • Confidence and competence is sales and retail management;
  • Ability to thrive under ambiguity and demonstrate creativity and intellectual flexibility in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment;
  • Degree from a Recognised University;
  • Fluency in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
